• "Bet" — refers to any real-money wager placed by a member on any game or sports bet on the MT88 platform.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times the total bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use the MT88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or business entity.

• Your use of the MT88 platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

03Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) MT88 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, active email address, and date of birth. MT88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MT88 account password and login credentials. MT88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact MT88 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

MT88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

5. Low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure (e.g., simultaneously betting on both sides of an outcome) are prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture.

The MT88 VIP Programme consists of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. VIP tier progression is determined by the cumulative total of valid wagers placed within a specified period. VIP rewards include higher cashback, increased betting limits, exclusive bonuses, and dedicated personal account manager services for the highest tiers.

07General Game Rules

All games on the MT88 platform — including online slots, live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and other table games — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• Settled game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical error can be proven.

8.1 Bet Placement

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended, unless MT88 offers a Cash Out option for the relevant match.
• MT88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has started (except permitted live in-play bets) will be voided and stakes refunded.

8.2 Bet Settlement

• If a match is postponed and not concluded within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For parlay bets, if one of the matches is cancelled, that match is removed from the parlay and the odds are adjusted accordingly.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body are used to settle bets, not live scoreboard results.

09Member Responsibilities & Conduct

As an MT88 member, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following are strictly prohibited on the MT88 platform:

1. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the MT88 platform system.
2. Money laundering through the platform — using the platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
3. Use of automation software (bots), artificial intelligence, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker games.
5. Abusing bonuses in unintended ways — for example, registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly.
6. Threatening, insulting, or using racially charged language against mt88 staff or other players.

MT88 also encourages all members to practise responsible gambling. If you feel that your use of the platform is beginning to negatively affect your life, please make use of the deposit limit, loss limit, or self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by Member

You may close your MT88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all funds remaining in the account will be returned to you after any applicable deductions related to bonus conditions have been processed.

10.2 Closure by mt88

Mt88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• Financially suspicious activity or behaviour that conflicts with responsible gambling practices.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

11MT88 Limitation of Liability

Mt88 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. That said, mt88 is committed to restoring any disruption as quickly as possible.

• MT88 is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• MT88 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other legal obligations that may apply to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Mt88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

MT88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. For amendments that materially affect members' rights, at least 7 days' notice will be given via registered email and an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the MT88 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

This document is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
